Terms & Conditions
Truth Transportation & Logistics provides legal, medical, pharmaceutical, concierge, and
business delivery services.
Service Levels:
- Standard (Same-Day)
- Rush (2–4 hours)
- STAT (Immediate)
Pricing includes base delivery, mileage, service level upgrades, concierge services, and additional
service fees. Final pricing is confirmed after review.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for
wait time, after-hours, or changes.
We do not transport illegal or hazardous materials.
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Liability is
limited to the service cost.
Customers must provide accurate information and proper packaging.
Use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
